So the truth is…I’m not one to have yogurt as a snack! My mind is slowly changing though!!
One way to save money is to buy plain Greek yogurt and create the following snack:
1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of Honey (*support buying local honey)
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Mix together and ENJOY!
I will mix it up and add some cinnamon chips too…YUMMY!!

Oh yummy!! I love yogurt and cinnamon but have never put the two together!! Will have to give it a try sometime. 🙂
